Mahamat Ibrahim
Managing Director
Mr. Mahamat Ibrahim has more than 30 years’ experience in business management, financial and project management. Was involved in the first privatization of 20 MW Small Hydro Power Plant in Malaysia. Involved in a 10-year Operation and Maintenance Contract of 42 Mini Hydro Power Plants of TNB. Been involved in the development of Mini and Small Hydro Power Plants for Small Renewable Energy Program (SREP).
Holding few positions such as Project Director for One River Power Sdn Bhd, Project Consultant for Malakoff Corporation Berhad, and Project Manager.

Mr. Mohd Amin Bustamin has more than 24 years background of total experience in Civil, Building, Railway, and Renewal Energy. Area of expertise: CEO, Project Management, Resident Engineer, Planning, Consultancy, and Engineering. Involvement in the areas of slope protection, water supply project, railway rehabilitation, airport, and sand concession.
Holding few positions such as Head of Engineering & Energy and Head of Mineral Division of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad, Chief Executive Officer for WHS Energy Venture, and Project Management Consultant for Telekosang Hydro.

Datin Nurmalah Gagah has more than 29 years of experience in Time Management, Organization Leadership, Multitasking Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, Collaboration and Strong Communication.
