Company Incorporation (February 2020)

Bayu Synergy Sdn. Bhd. (BAYU) is a 100% Bumiputera company and was established as a joint venture company with Qhazanah Group, an investment arm of Sabah Government with the purposes to participate in Power Generation and Transmission in Sabah particularly in Renewal Energy industries with a conscious effort towards improving quality, safety and economy while introducing innovative concepts.

BAYU provides from Feasibility Studies, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning, Maintenance, and Operate. We are committed to provide timely and cost effective solution to our clients’ engineering needs. We have developed a unique service by merging and utilizing our extensive experience and dedication to customer service.

Our design support team has the capability in applying up-to-date technology softwares to our businesses, which maximizes profit and efficiency as well as continuous improvement.

BAYU management and core staffs are well experienced professionals with diverse experiences that cover all activities in the industries.

We have been highly successful in obtaining effective solutions to wide-ranging problems by applying engineering mechanics, structures, systems, processes, and concepts to meet the continuously changing needs of the industry. BAYU has the experience in management and performance of fixed price, reimbursable project, and cost-plus contracts.
